Krumkake Baker
First thing, this is much better that the old "flipper" baker
Second, the recipe that comes with the baker calls for 2 Tablespoons of baking powder, USE ONLY one tablespoon.
Finally a pastry bag would be nice to use.
My overall recommendation is to buy it.
Cons = still does not make them faster that they are eaten.

What a time saver!
This krumkake baker saves incredible amounts of time over the old stove top version that requires flipping. I made krumkake on one of those for many years, and it took an entire Saturday. This iron makes the same number in one quarter the time because it cooks two, on both sides, simultaneously. I also have a glass top stove. The old flip version that was passed through my family will not work on a glass top stove. So this was the solution which also saved time!
One word of caution. The non-stick finish can scrape off pretty easily. Fortunately, you can keep an oiled paper towel on hand, wiping the plates occasionally to minimize any potential sticking. (Just like the old one!)

Beautiful design, works great!
Very nice finish. Even heat and cooks beautiful krumkage in 30 seconds. The basic recipe in the book is easy to prepare and makes tasty cookies.
