Great
I'm really enjoying this wok! In the past I've had non-electric woks but decided to try an electric one (based on other reviews). I like the even heating and being able to set the exact temperature. Cleaning was easy, too.

Never even got a chance to use
I just received my delivery of the wok and it came in the box that one would find it in if you had purchased it from a department store -- no additional packaging. It was bashed in on two sides and when I opened the box, one handle was broken off and the wok itself was dented. Obviously, I can't rate the cooking capabilities, but I would advise all to not order this wok if it comes from Home and Beyond. I have contacted customer service and although the packaging slip claims their hours are from 9 am to 6 pm and I called before 5 pm, they were closed for the day and the best I could do was leave a message.

Still EXCELLENT Product!
Got my original West Bend Electric Wok (6 qt.) for a wedding gift in 1985 ...used it up until 2008 ... the coating started to crack on the bottom of the wok. Decided to order a new one ... have used it many times so far and it's still AS GOOD as the original one!! Good job, West Bend!
Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to adjust the temperature - now a deeper wok bowl - like that better ... not as much stuff comes out when tossing food ...
I would recommend this to anyone.
