There was no problem with the shipping or the order process in general as far as the seller, however, the product is crudy. Valve constantly leaks water and that defeats the purpose of having a water dispenser because you can't leave the bottle on top unless you like to have a lake view on your desk/counter.

DONT BUY IT

My son won this water dispenser in a contest...Glad he won it because I never would have bought it myself...It's not electrical or battery operated so the water gets warm. On occation the water would leak...My son thought it was cool at first but the novelty quickly wore off and in the garbage it went...Does this review sound like a recommendation?

Nice, but...

It is pretty good to have water in a dispenser but after about eight months it starts to leak more and more.
