It says there that the use of the DeGERM-Inator is not recommended for killing anthrax spores. The US Government went after them for saying that it was in order to inflate the price of their stock on the stock market. However, it also lists scientific test results of some of the germs that it can kill, so it may still be quite useful for toothbrushes, shavers, telephones, doorknobs, keyboards, etc. Also, the light needs to be no farther than 1/2 inch from the surface, and for best results, the science showed that it should be shined on the surface for at least 8 seconds in some cases.
