No Crank Hose Reel
Product came already assembled, a definite plus. This product rates right along with a garage door opener. You can surely do it the manual way, but once you've had one, you wonder why you didn't get one sooner. In my case, I didn't know they existed. Or at least one that didn't operate without electricity. This product is about 1/2 the size of the conventional manual enclosed crank models and costs not much more. All my neighbors are buying one since they saw mine in action. With the water turned on, you just flip a lever and it does the rest. I highly recommend this product.

amazing product, hose gets stuck sometimes
I have had this for about a month now. I think it is completely amazing that you can just push the handle and it rolls the hose up. I have to pull the hose out pretty far to water a plant in the the far end of the yard, which is why i wanted this product. I would recommend this product instead of the version with the sink because this is way less bulky and easier to manuever. my only issues with this product is that the hose seems to get stuck inside sometimes. i have really had to yank at the hose, or open the top of the box to fix it a few times. it has only been a month, so I am still waiting to see if this is going to be a regular problem. it says that it works with all hoses, but maybe my hose is too wide? I am waiting to order another one of these until i see if the hose sticking problem gets worse.

Owned for 3 weeks; still waiting for parts so we can use it!
We bought this and were hopeful that it would be great. We hooked it up out of the box and it would water fine but would not even attempt to rewind the hose. I tried to relieve all of the weight of the hose and NOTHING. We called the company and they said they have a part that will solve the problem and it would be mailed in 7-14 days!!! So we are patient and wait for it to get here. Again we put it all together excited that it will finally work and NOTHING! AGAIN it wouldn't even attempt to rewind the hose. Call the company again and here we wait for a whole new unit to arrive. Again the "7-14 days" until we can hopefully get one that works!
There are some good reviews on here so I am hopefull still that we will eventually get one that works but you should know that we did not immediately get one as advertised.
