best way to use this pillow

The pillow that I bought was not a 5 star for awhile. I found that after I put 3 quarts of water in this pillow, it was well worth the price i paid for it. It has now helped me imensely.

Like sleeping on a cloud

Had a pillow like this from a chiropractor's office but after 10 years (or bad little cats with claws) it finally sprung a leak and the cushion layer was pretty mashed down. I was so happy to see the product on sale online. I'm sleeping much better, less neck pain. I highly recommend this pillow as you can adjust the firmness by the amount of water fill.

Good-But not as good as the Chiroflow

I recently purchased this pillow for a second residence. I have a Chiroflow pillow at home that I have had for several years that has been fantastic for the neck and shoulder problems I have had for years. I was using a regular pillow at our vacation home and my problems all returned. I went on Amazon to get another one, and found the Mediflow. I didn't realize it wasn't the Chiroflow. It is comfortable, and provides similar relief for me-but I think the Chiroflow provides a little bit better support. Not by much though, overall I (and my neck) are very pleased with it.
