Description
The Champion Commercial Juicer is designed for continuous heavy-duty use. It has the same housing and features as the household model but with a special heavy-duty, variable 50/60 hertz, 650-watt motor (can be converted to operate at 110V or 220V). Model G5-PG-710, now with a durable General Electric motor. NEW! Now available in four colors! There's no juicing challenge too great for a Champion! Operating on the mastication process, the Champion "chews" the fibers and breaks up the cells of vegetables and fruits. This gives you more fiber, enzymes, vitamins, and trace minerals, resulting in the darker, richer color of the juice and sweeter, richer, more full-bodied flavor. You'll see and taste the difference. As more value is extracted from a vegetable, more pigments (color) are also extracted. This is why Champion-prepared juice is darker and richer in color when compared to that of a conventional centrifugal-type juicer. This is true whether it is carrot juice, mixed vegetable juice, or straight chlorophyll juice such as parsley or turnip juice. You can also see this principle diplayed in the Champion-extracted pulp; it is pale in color, indicating that the "good stuff" has been successfully extracted into the juice. The Champion is Simple to Use Designed for simplicity, the Champion doesn't require nuts, bolts, screws, or clamps to assemble. The floating cutter just slides on or off the shaft; a quick half-turn and the body locks on or releases for removal. By changing a single part, the juicer becomes a homogenizer. It's so simple, and all the parts are easy to clean. The Champion is Versatile In addition to extracting vegetable juices, the versatile unit can make coconut milk, baby foods, fruit sauces, nut butters, ice creams, and sherbets. No other juicer can do all this. The Champion is Durable Powered by a full 1/3 horsepower, heavy-duty General Electric motor, the Champion Juicer is powerful, durable, and built to last. All juicer parts are made from 100% F

Juicing is NOT its Most Valuable Feature
This machine can change your lifestyle. I discovered it in Hawaii, where it was being used to make a frozen pure-fruit custard that was better than any sorbet I've ever tasted. I bought one immediately when I got home, and set it up within five minutes. Clear instructions come with the machine for making juice with or without pulp, ice-cream-like fruit desserts, vegetable purees, and other purees of wonderfully smooth consistency. It's very easy to use, even with fruit that has skin, like peaches. The very best frozen fruit so far has been mango, with pineapple-banana a close second, especially on hot days. I've also used the Champion Juicer to extract juice from blood oranges and grapefruit. Some other reviewers express dissatisfaction with the Champ as a simple juice-maker. I can't contradict them, since I seldom make simple juice. It's the frozen fruit custard that makes this gadget valuable to me.
It's quite easy to clean, requiring just cold water. Storage is not a problem, since the intake funnel can be disassembled. It's heavy, yes, but the motor is quite powerful and the whole construction is sturdy enough for daily use. Replacement parts are available if and when needed. The place in Hawaii said they'd been using the same machine, with no new parts, to make dozens of servings every day for several years.
For a guy like me with an ice-cream craving in the late evening, this "champion" will add years to my life instead of inches to my waistline. Years to my marriage also implied.

Works great but too hard to put together and clean
This juicer works beautifully. The juice is super yummy! But I never end up using it because cleaning it and then putting it back together each time is a real hassle.

No support when ages
I discovered today that Champion DOES NOT SUPPORT older models. They still appear to be identical but you can't get replacement blades. If you are purchasing now and think you can get a replacement when needed...think again.
If you don't care about future support then it's a great machine.
