Helps ease neck pain
Helped to ease chronic neck and shoulder pain. Took me several tries to get the right fill level: too much; too little; just right. Best level for me is lower level, not quite minimal water, just enough to undulate. I also like to turn the pillow over and use the water-filled side nearest me, I enjoy rhe 'rockabye'floaty feeling. General comfort of this pillow for neck pain is very good.

water pillow
This is an excellent pillow. I have bought a lot of other pillows to help my neck and back pain. this is the only pillow that I have bought that really works. I would recommend this pillow to anyone wanting a good nights sleep. It is well worth the money.

Good Pillow
I decided to get these pillows after my chiropractor suggested them. I could not see paying $60 for each pillow so researched and found them here for $35 per pillow. I bought 2 of these, one for me and one for my husband. We both love them I like mine firm and it has helped a lot with my neck pain and since I am getting better sleep my migraines also seem to be better. I recommend them to anyone especially those with neck pain.
