No Problems Here
Makes the best cup of coffee, right out of the box. No lights cameras action, just good coffee. Make sure you use Bunn filters only, otherwise you might get a mess. They are specifically made to size and to correctly drain. The pre-heat feature smells funny at times, and I do not leave on all the time. So I have to flip the switch first thing and wait 10-15 minutes to make a 2-3 minute pot of coffee. FCS

My Last Coffee Maker
Finally!!! A coffee maker that gives you a HOT cup of coffee and it's in 3 minutes flat! I was really surprised! I read alot of reviews for this Bunn and decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did. I also noticed that the coffee tasted better, not bitter!! Just make sure you buy the coffee filters made for Bunn (the others are too short). The filters are not at all expensive, I got them on Amazon also.Take a chance too and you won't be sorry!

Coffee's not hot enough
When you read something in more than one review you should take heed. Several reviews stated that this Bunn doesn't make or keep the coffee very hot. My previous Bunns never had that problem, so I ignored the warnings. Well, guess what? The coffee isn't very hot. I assume the problem is with the water thermostat because it does get a little hotter as it sits on the warming plate. I want hot coffee, therefore I'm very disappointed in this coffee pot.
This is my third Bunn. My first one lasted 20 years. My second started leaking in less than three years and this one brews warm coffee. I will most likely look for alternatives when I need my next coffee maker.
