Temp posted for poultry did not correspond to temp listed in other sources. Other than that, much easier to use than my previous large dial one

Fast and accurate.
It works rapidly and I am assuming it is accurate. Tested in boiling water and it read 210 Deg F.

Not that Great
Thermometer reads ok, handle doesn't hold on, tends to fall off, unit is too small to hold without handle attacted.
