Good fryer for this price range
I've had this fryer for almost a year, and it has performed nicely. We haven't seen the problems that others have.
For the price, I really like the features of this model. The 4 liter capacity is perfect to a hold a gallon jug of oil. The maximum temperature setting is actually 385, not 375 as described above. The controls are simple and straight forward.
I looked at a lot of other models before choosing this one. I liked the ones with "easy drain" features, but the space required for the drain took away cooking space, the upper temperature was a little lower, or they were more expensive.
This model also comes with a normal large basket and 2 half-size baskets. The smaller ones are nice when we're frying 2 types of food at the same time, like onions in one and potatoes in the other. Not a major feature, but a nice little extra.
I also saw a rerun of one of Alton Brown's shows recently where he talked about frying, and he used this model.
The worst I can say is that the cord is short and is held in place magnetically. That seems to be a required safety feature for all fryers now.
I can definitely recommend this deep fryer.

Poor Quality
At first I was glad to have a deep fryer with a digital thermostat and timer. It worked great making dinner, but afterwards it wouldn't turn on. I didn't see a reset button on mine; I imagine I would have had the same results as the previous reviewer.

Absolute garbage
It worked great for about a month. Changed the oil and now it wont turn on. Reset button on the back does not help, in and out of the oil it does not work. It is a $70 oily brick now.
