Manufacturing Flaws Create Anxiety and Stress
While the content seems pretty good - the soundtracks are a bit lacking. I'd suggest popping in your own mood music to play while viewing it - if you can get it to operate at all!
Unfortunately, any time I attempted to change the audio it caused some sort of continuous loop that made it impossible to select anything for playing. This meant the HD player had to be rebooted - which takes a long time - and the "calm" and "tranquility" this DVD is supposed to help create is quickly replaced by apprehension and frustration. We had the same issue with our copy of the fireplace HD dvd. Our player is fully updated and works beautifully with our other HD DVDs but these two seem to have manufacturing flaws.

Saltwater tank on screen
I was very disappointed. The clips were very short. I expect one of an hour or more with option to change sectors at random so you would not get bored with scene.
