Misleading ad
The ad for this item clearly states FREE SHIPPING, and the billing came up with $4.49/shipping and handling!!!!!
I have not yet recieved the product, but would appreciate an explanation of how this error came about and a credit for the shipping!

Misleading add
This filter only works with cold water. According to the manual water over 90F damages it. The advertisement tells nothing about this restriction. Useless.
