Good Grilling
This griddle performed exactly as described. The dual controls allow for even heating, with excellent results. My pancakes and french toast was golden brown all over. The grill stayed at the correct heat, and cleanup was a breeze with the removeable plates. Finally, it folded up and fit into the cupboard without taking over the entire shelf!

Just great for camping
I bought this mainly to take with us camping. We usually have quite a few camping in our group and like making a big breakfast, from bacon, sausage, & eggs, potatoes to pancakes. It folds so you don't have to worry about it getting scratched tossing around in the camper. The morning after I got it I made hash browns, bacon, sausage and eggs all on once on it and it worked just great. Also works good making liver and onions. Fry bacon and onions on one side and liver on the other. This Fold-n-Store Griddle was a wonderful invention. It is easy to store in anyones cupboards, not like the old fashioned kind that laid flat and took up so much room.

Rival foldable griddle
It is a nice and handy product to have and it works well enough to consider it acceptable. One advantage of it is that it folds and does not require too much storage place. I can not rave about it like other reviewers did since I can compare with another one I still have (but getting too old) a Wolfgang Puck Griddle and it does not even come close in performance. The claimed non stick surfaces of this griddle stick pretty badly when making pancakes. I probably will wind up getting another one of the Wolfgang Puck griddle which is not foldable but miles ahead in performance of this unit.
