Happy with the pillow, not the service!
I have neck pain & about once a year, & after normal wear & tear, the pain gets severe enough that I have to go to physical therapy for it. This year when the pain got bad, I looked for other options which led me to this pillow. I ordered it, waiting anxiously for its arrival, then was really disappointed when the pillow kept leaking - soaking me & my bed in the process. I contacted HPMS & was told to mail the cap & funnel back to the HPMS and discard the pillow. Since I was anxious to get the pillow, I would have preferred a full refund so that I could immediately purchase the pillow elsewhere, but that was not an option. First, I had to pay an additional $4 for packaging and mailing, which HPMS did not reimburse. Second, it took almost another month before I received the replacement pillow!! Reminder: I was in pain before I placed the original order!! I'm happy to report that so far, my neck pain has subsided. But, I wish I had ordered it from a company with better customer service. There are multiple sellers for this pillow.

Nice pillow
I bought two, one for me and one for my husband. These pillows are the best. I ordered the covers so the pillows stay clean. No more neck pain after you find the right amount of water that you like. Definately recommend!
