Pretty useless

I bought this from an online retailer after accidentally using my good one without checking to make sure the voltage was US standard. This one is dual voltage and is nearly useless. I twice tried to boil a small 8 oz cup of water and after 20 minutes it was just warming up. It never got hot. Pretty useless.

Do not buy this product!

I bought this item from an online retailer. I received a defective unit. The warranty instructions stated that the item should not be sent back to the retailer but to the manufacturer. I did so and received a "replacement" unit after a long time. The replacement unit was either the same unit I sent in (it was an open package) or perhaps one that somebody else had returned. In any case, the replacement unit is also defective: it does not heat up at all. Completely useless!
