The worst shopping experience ever
The water bottle was a repackaged used item with running water and water stains inside. Return was easy, but no appology received so far.

Love this product.
I bought this product for my spouse and he loves it. The machine works great and the water temp comes out perfect.

Looks can be deceiving
Got this unit really hoping for a nice compact water alternative however was quite disappointed with it. The water comes out extremely slow, the buttons and unit is cheap plastic and the most irritating part is that it is impossible to add the 3/5 gallon water bottle without getting yourself and the unit wet. I am wondering if anyone else is having the same issues since the other reviews seem much higher. I do like the instahot water feature but takes about 5 minutes before it is ready.
