WOW!!
WOW!! Between the Bissell Steam Mop, my broom and my Dyson, my floors have never been cleaner! I used to use the Swiffer wetjet and it would always leave a bit of a sticky film, no matter what I did. This mop leaves my floors squeaky clean and you can feel the difference when you walk barefoot across the floor. It comes with 2 pads, so I used one for the kitchen and the other for my family room (it got dirty quickly). I just threw both in the washer, along with my kitchen mat and bathroom mat. I didn't hold the mop over each section for 15 seconds, I think that would be too much and would make the floor extremely wet, as posted in other reviews. But you can literally see the steam coming out from under the mop, cleaning the floor underneath. I would highly recommend this product!

It's really good product.
I did a lot of research before I selected the Bissell. This product seem to get the most positive reviews. And it has lived up to those reviews. The microfiber pads are fairly easy to get on and off. The steamer itself I feel does a fine job cleaning the floor. It does not streak or leave the floor excessively wet. And I really like the idea of not using any chemicals just water to do the job especially since I have pets who have skin allergies. The steamer heats up quickly and the cord is adequate for my floors. I must mention the steamer does not pick up debris you must vacuum or swiffer the floor before using the steamer. I brought multiple pads because I steam the whole time and the pads do get very wet so it takes 2 or 3 to do my kitchen and dining room floor. Overall I really like this product and I feel does a great job for me. Definitely would buy again if this breaks in the future.

I don't know how I managed before this great gadget came along! It does a great job on my textured tile floors. I use mine a couple times a week!
What I love:
> The water heats up quickly
> No detergents
> No streaks
> The steam gets up sticky stuff
> Gets in all the nooks and crannies and in the grout lines
> The pads are machine washable and go through the wash great
> Clean pads mean I'm never cleaning my floor with a dirty mop
> It's pretty lightweight
> The floors dry quickly
> Pretty inexpensive
> Takes less than 2 minutes to assemble it when you first get it
What would make it even better:
> A longer cord
> A retractable cord
