love that mop
I was wary of purchasing this mop as some of the reviews were less than stellar; however, I love it. The hardwood floor in my kitchen had years of dirt and grime stuck in it. I have been using the mop each week for the past three or four weeks and each time it looks better and better. It is very easy to use and I would recommend to anyone who likes a nice clean floor.

Mop Review
Everything about this product is great except for how it leaves my floor. I may be using it in a way that I shouldn't, so let me clarify. I keep my small dog in my kitchen all day while I'm at work. I put down puppy pads for her to go to the bathroom. Sometimes she has accidents. I use this steam mop to clean up the floor. I use a clean pad every time I mop, but it still leaves the floor feeling greasy and sticky after I've mopped it. It might just be redistributing what I'm trying to clean up, but I don't like how my tiles feel under my feet when I'm done. It just doesn't feel clean. If don't have a dog who is going to the bathroom in your kitchen, it might work perfect for you. The design, ease of use, color of the mop, etc. are all great, though. You do have to use distilled water to keep it running smoothly, not just regular tap water.

Not bad
I bought this steam mop pretty much based on reviews. I personally like this mop. The only thing I don't like is that is a little heavier than I thought it was going to be. The cord does get in the way, but not that much of a problem. On my bathroom floor though, I still had to clean up a little after I mopped. Not a huge deal, but I can still do without bending. I love the fact that I don't have to use chemicals and I don't have to spend money on different mops and their products. I still keep my swiffer vacuum. I use that before I mop since they say to do that before you mop. Which is fine since the mop won't pick up loose papers or what not on the floor. It does clean and pick up dirt well. Overall, I am happy with this purchase. I think I just need to get used to it a little more.
