Does the job like it is supposed to
This is an extremely cheap pitcher. The lid is thin and flimsy, but it works. My water tastes much better and I like how quick it filters the water. I did not need something super high tech or fancy and this fits the bill perfectly.

Tastes worse than Tap Water!
I bought this product because it was cheaper than brita/pur and seemed to have pretty good reviews.
from the first time i used it, however, the water tasted BAD. even worse than the tap water! it also had a faint chemical-lemony taste to it, not good at all. i gave it a week or so, blaming the new filter, but the water did not get any better; in fact, it may have become even worse.
I have already sent this product back to get a refund i am not taking any more chances, im buying a brita!

Nice filter
The filter arrived in a day, which was lovely. The first few gallons of water are a little bitter, even after soaking the filter. Other than that, the filter works perfectly.
