Don't Buy - It Will Ruin Your Wine!
We bought this wine fridge in Nov 2007. In March 2008, the internal temp of the fridge plummeted to 32F (it was set at 57F). When we opened the door, the metal coil in the back was frozen solid. We contacted Danby and they are issuing us a full refund for the purchase price of the fridge. However, the drastic temperature change ruined approximately 40 bottles of red wine we had stored in the fridge (almost $1,000 worth of wine). They will not reimburse us for the cost of the wine that was ruined. DO NOT BUY THIS WINE FRIDGE OR YOU RISK LOSING YOUR ENTIRE WINE INVENTORY!!

Okay Cooler - Could Be Better
I agree with the other reviews that this fridge cannot really fit the 65-bottle capacity that it claims to have. I've been able to fit roughly 50 in it (with 11 half-bottles on the bottom shelf and 48 on the other 5 shelves). It may be possible if you only have the standard Cabernet Sauvignon-style bottles, but if the bottle is slightly wider or taller, good luck trying for more than 50! The humidor consists of a plastic tray that you fill with water - not really a technological advance. On the plus side, it looks nice and has been relatively quiet. Not bad over all given the low price.

Biggey Smalls
Big Fridge but most wine bottles dont fit. I currently have a 50 bottle fridge the stores more with ease. This Danby suffers the same issues most wine fridges of this size suffer. Once, the upper shelves are loaded it is hard to place wine below. The slide system is the worse I have seen yet. I would not buy this unless you have money to toss. The only upside is the compressor is quite, having said that the side walls get hot and you need five inches away from a wall.
