Description
Open the toughest jars with just one touch! Jars can be a convenient way and location to store just about anything - from food items to tools, fasteners, knick-knacks and more. They save space and provide a safe and secure place to store whatever you need! At the same time, jars can be next to impossible to open. An exceptionally tight lid, an old and worn out jar top or other factors can result in you struggling, fighting and fussing to open up that car. It can be time-consuming, frustrating and can result in injury too if you're not careful. The One Touch Jar Opener is the totally automatic way so safely, easily and quickly open up any round jar of any size! Totally automatic. Unlike standard jar openers that you have to manually place around the top of the jar then forcefully twist open with your hands and wrists, the One Touch Jar Opener is completely automatic, saving you time and aggravation. Once you order and receive your One Touch Jar Opener, using it is a snap: just place it on the jar and press the button. That's it! It's as simple as touch and go. The One Touch Jar Opener automatically opens the jar for you. In seconds, that jar is opened and you're ready to go. Order your One Touch Jar Opener today and discover just how much easier and how much time you can really save! Totally safe. The One Touch Jar Opener is completely safe, and will not damage, scratch, cut or chip the jar that it's opening, so you don't have to worry about accidentally nicking your hands or fingers. The One Touch Jar Opener works from the top and sides of the jar lid, not the actual jar. Because of this unique feature, when the jar is opened, there are no dangerous edges to worry about and deal with. Totally practical. Why fumble with jar openers that don't fit, or trying to wrestle that tough jar lid open yourself when the One Touch Jar Opener will do the work for you? What you get: One Touch Jar Opener, instructions.

One Touch Jar Opener
One-Touch Jar Opener
Hosanah: The answer to my wife's Arthritic hands inability to open jars. Just put opener on top of jar, touch the start button and "bingo" the jar is opened. Finally a gadget that really works.

As Advertised
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/RW0ZMC0NQ8ZHE When my mom asked me to install a manual jar opener, I mentioned a manual one would not be that helpful to her and suggested we look for an electric. As a lifetime member of The Church of Appliantology, I naturally was leaning toward the powerful and intimidating countertop Black & Decker model, but due to counter space limitations we agreed to try this little battery unit first. I was seriously skeptical, but after a few test runs I was sold. For what it does for the price, five stars.
This vid was all I had time to shoot, and only on one jar. You can see it is a little slow, but relentless. The battery cover is indeed odd, but once you've done it it's no big deal- the batteries slide in slightly angled instead of parallel, maybe that's what confused folks. I doubt this opener will see daily use, so it would be difficult to gather any long-term reliability or battery life info, but after a short period with this device I am tempted to pick one up specifically for that purpose. Plus, it works well, is fun to watch, and I am discovering as I age it seems that they are indeed putting on the lids a lot tighter!

Good but breakable
I bought this item a few months ago and have used it less than a dozen times. It worked great until the last time when one of the jaws broke. No help from the manufacturer's web site or toll free number to get a replacement part. The only response I got was "the manufacturer is in China". Sounded like the guy who answered my call was in India. I'm going to order another one but I woudn't be surprised if that broke eventually. You have to keep your eyes and ears on it for signs of stress while it's running.
