Perfect kitchen tool.
I have been looking for this type fryer for a while. It is easy to use, heats up fast and keeps the temperature during frying. It is also easy to clean. For me it is the perfect size since I cook mostly for myself. I have recommended this fryer to some of my friends.I ordered this item thru Amazon.com which I have used many times since I am disabled and do not drive anymore. They have never disappointed me. I do not know why they called me worried because I never was!

Eating too much fried foods now...
This is a great little fryer for 2. Not for more, even better for only one. I was impressed by the quality of it. Perfect because doesn't take volumes of oil, and easy to clean. Oil goes a long way (may I recommend peanut oil?) Seems to get oil to temperature. This is a super cooker for battered dishes and coated dishes. Turned out real good tempura too. The oil will not get hot enough to fry things that require high heat such as papads (papadams) or other dishes that require very hot oil to help them expand quickly.

Perfect small deep fryer!
This deep-fryer is great. Everything about it is wonderful: Easy instructions, great features (the thermometer helps so much) and the food I've fried has been lovely! My only complaint is that it's difficult to clean. I wish I could find an easier way to clean it rather than sponging the inside and the net.
