Gets the job done
The price has gone up since I bought my refurbished waffle maker. It's $38 now and I purchased mine for $22. This waffle maker is fairly good for the price. Basically said, it does what it's supposed to. It has some slight uneven cooking issues, but they are slight. I never had any problems with the waffles sticking to the grids. The audible ready "beep" is a good help, especially for busy, easily side-tracked moms (or dads). If you are looking for your typical, good working, waffle maker this would be the one. If you are looking for super crispy big fluffy waffles, you'll probably like a Belgian waffle maker better, and use a yeast recipe and not the boxed kind.

Do not buy
Bought this product, plugged it in and it did not work. So much for refurbished products.

Cuisinart waffle iron - reconditioned
This is a wonderful "Grandma" product. My grandkids love their waffles and help me make them. It works well, easy to clean and yummy waffles!
