Non-stick Coating Scratched Upon Arrival I ordered the rice cooker. When I opened the packaging, I found there were a lot of scratches on the bottom of the non-stick coated pan already! It might be caused by the free-moving plastic cups in the pan due to the poor packaging design by the manufacturer. I therefore had some doubts about the quality of the product since their packaging seems cheap and not much thought to it. I decided to return the rice cooker to Amazon.
