Lov'n It
I finally found a pillow I can deal with! I love water beds ( but can't afford one yet) so the pillow is an excellent touch. I have a terrible time sleeping. Since I received the pillow I have had a decent night's sleep every night. The tension in my back and neck are minimal, which is a 100% improvement in my opinion since being in pain everyday. The only downfall is that the plug is made of plastic, so when you close it and the air and water pressure creates a seal, it is very difficult to open. I broke mine on the 3rd day when adjusting the water level. So I would recommend being extremely careful with it or order replacements in advance. I will definitely recommend this pillow to anyone who's been searching for one that works!

great for neck and shoulder pain
My chiropractor gave me one of these pillows over two years ago. You have to get the air out for it to be the most comfortable. And that is not hard to do. It has been great for my neck. I haven't been to the chiropractor in a very long time. About two weeks ago it started leaking. Since then I have been using regular pillows. I had thought I would not replace it. However, I now wake up with headaches and my neck and shoulders ache. I cannot sleep well. Firm pillow, soft pillow, down pillow --- doesn't matter I am in pain! Glad to find the Mediflow here because I need some sleep and pain relief. Both my chiropractor and my MD told me my neck problems were caused by using one of those U-shaped foam pillows that are supposed to be good for your neck.
