Horrible Smell & Taste
We purchased this cooler because we love Primo water and figured this cooler would work well. Most things did work as advertised, but there were two major flaws with this product:
1) The unit smelled like an oil refinery and filled my kitchen with a horrible smell after it was unboxed. After it was plugged in, and the heating element started, the smell got even worse. The worst part was this flavor was transferred to the water. We washed the interior and exterior of the cooler and ran four gallons of water through both hot and cold recepicles, but it did no good.
2) The flow on both the hot and cold recepicles is very slow.
We ended up returning this item.
