Packing list says 7 wooden racks, but they only send 6
I gave this to my wife of her birthday and when she opened the box, it looked good but there was only 6 wooden shelves when 7 wooden shelves are what they are selling on the websites. I called about the missing shelve and they said the website and packing slip was wrong and that the bottom acts as the last shelve. BUT, there is a slide for where there 7th wooden shelf should go. I bought it from Air and Water, Inc.. They were the ones who told me that it only has 6 shelves and they wouldn't be sending a 7th. I don't appreciate false advertising and the feeling of being shafted --- especially when this was a gift for someone. I'd recommend finding another wine refrigerator unless you can deal with the missing wooden shelve. Keep looking.
