7 inch FRAME not image area... good product
This photo frame just showed up at my door an hour ago. I already have it set up and running with the pictures I selected for it. Very simple and quick provided you have the cords you need. (Luckly I did.)
I've seen comments about incompatibility with edited (photoshopped) jpg images. Mine are all edited and I had no problem playing them on the S-Frame.
Things to be aware of:
- To connect your computer or devices to the frame, you need a cord. The cord that came with your digital camera to connect to that, or a mini-usb to connect to your computer. If you want to connect to it via bluetooth, you seem to need a bluetooth adapter for the frame. If you don't have these things, you will end up needing to go out and get them before adding your pictures to the frame, which may frustrate you.
- The size of the photo area on the 7" S-Frame is actually 6" by 3.5". Much smaller than I thought. I assumed as with normal picture frames, if it says 5x7 on it, it is intended for photos size 5x7. This may have been my misunderstanding, so I thought I'd clarify for others who may have been confused.
So far this is a wonderful item. A bit pricey for the size, but the resolution is lovely. The ease of setup couldn't be easier... though I have a mac and that also makes everything easier. Drag and drop. Simple as making a Roxer website.
If any issues arise I'll edit the post here. So far, so good! ;)

Sony Digital Picture Frame
I ordered this for my Mom's birthday. My son looked at several different sites to look at reviews so we could determine which was the best one to buy. When I received this I was very happy since the quality of how the pictures looked was very good. Also it was easy to use. I always liked Sony products and this confirmed it again.

I was hoping for a small picture frame for beside my bed that also had a clock function. This fills the bill
