Back-up grinder.
Very convenient and functional. But it is not cutting meats really well due to the knife's cheap design and execution.
It is acceptable for a single chicken breast or so, but keep your real meat grinder handy for real meat grinding.

good product
I used this two days after I received it. I made Venison summer sausage with it. I ground up all the meat, twice and mixed it with seasonings, then stuffed some skins with the mix. slow cooked them for 4hours.
The grinder worked great. Never bogged down in spite of being brand new.
good product.
