This pan is just what I needed for my 30 lb. Thanksgiving turkey and my 7 rib standing rib roast! Room to spare in both cases. ...and it's so easy to clean up! A bit large for the sink, but still easy.

Super sturdy
Best roasting pan I've encountered in years. Very sturdy, beautiful design. Heavyweight makes it perfect to take baking fond and sauce it on top burner.

Great Roaster
Needed a large roaster for a large holiday bird. Very happy with this one. Very heavy, beautifully made, very good rack. Easily held a 25lb+ turkey or a whole beef loin strip. Nonstick coating was not an issue in making gravy.
We don't use this often, but when we need a large roaster this one gets it done and looks great doing it.
